Washington
Internet Cafes - The cheapest place to access
the Internet is at any branch of the Washington public
library. There are a number of fifteen-minute limit
terminals that are available free to the public. If
you wish to use the Internet for longer than that
you must sign up for a library card which is free
and allows access to any computer in any Washington
